Accommodations
Accommodations at Elizabethtown College will be in air-conditioned dorm rooms. Showers and bathroom are shared. Linens are provided except for washcloths. Senior Highs (completing 9th-12th grade) will be housed together. All other children and youth will be housed with or near families. We will try to house families with small children in suites with private baths. Families with children under the age of three should bring a crib and or/sleeping bag and air mattress, depending on the age of the child.

Commuters
For those who wish to commute, the fee is $35 a day (or $100 a week) without meals. We ask that commuters register on Monday afternoon and take part in as much of the life of the conference as possible. Meals can be purchased in the dining hall on campus.
Bookstore
“Hearts and Minds” of Dallastown will provide a bookstore.
Children’s Program
There will be a program for children up to those who have completed 5th grade. Children will be assigned to a group based on age or grade completed using the theme “Living as Forgiven Children of God” which is the Wonderful World of Mission VBS material from PC(USA). We will be responsible for the children during the designated times as listed on the schedule. At all other times, children are their parent’s responsibility.
