Keynote speaker, the Rev. Dr. Charles (Buz) Myers, is an ordained Presbyterian minister & is the Chair of Religion at Gettysburg College. His published work appears in scholarly journals & in the Anchor Bible Dictionary.  He is also co-editor of and contributor to Biblical Theology: Problems and Prospects (Atlanta: Abingdon, 1995).  Buz brings both theological background and enthusiasm to our conference.  We welcome Buz as our leader of Bible Study & Worship.
Carolyn Stevens is a Welfare Specialist and Project Director for the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence. She is known nationally for her work in training and policy development in the areas of domestic violence and welfare reform. She serves as the principle liaison with the PA Department of Public Welfare on Domestic Violence. Carolyn has also served as a Special Consultant to several welfare departments as well as the US Department of Health, Education and Welfare. Carolyn will be leading "Domestic Violence 101" and "A Framework for Understanding Poverty".
Arnie Brock is a former Michigan wrestling coach and choir director who has recently moved to Western Pennsylvania. In two years time he has revived a church choir in a redeveloping congregation and instituted a community choir that has over 110 voices. This choir performs four annual concerts with a varied repertoire including, Bach, Handel, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Elvis, and Benny Goodman. Bruce Stevens serves as Co-Executive of the Synod of the Trinity. He is one of the leaders of the "missional" church movement in the Presbyterian Church (USA) as well as serving as an originator and continuing steering committee member of the Church wide Transformation Training Network.  Bruce will be co-leading the "Missional Church Initiative".

Tom Robinson serves as Co-Executive of the Synod of the Trinity and brings years of experience in church revitalization, mission, stewardship, and care of Pastors.  Tom is also actively involved in the missional church movement, and is president of the Presbyterian Church (USA)’s Presbytery Pastoral Care Network. Tom will be co-leading the "Missional Church Initiative".
Warren Cooper is well known in the Philadelphia area as an outstanding Jazz musician and Gospel recording artist. He possesses a keen awareness of the Presbyterian Church and its heritage and has a vast knowledge and awareness of other styles of worship and liturgy. Warren has produced an Island version of “There is a balm in Gilead” complete with steel drums and has included the saxophone in his adaptations of many traditional hymns as well as his new compositions. Warren is currently serving as worship leader at new church development project in eastern Pennsylvania. Ed Gray is pastor of a redeveloping Presbyterian Church in Western Pennsylvania. In a seven-year period, Ed has overseen revitalization in a 110-year-old downtown church that is now relocating to a 10 acre, 2.3 million dollar facility. He believes that effective worship, including dynamic preaching, has been the key to this transformation. Working with Arnie and Warren, Ed will demonstrate that The Word is the centerpiece of worship, with music and liturgy the frame. The frame will always complement the portrait, not overshadow it
Bonnie Mallott serves as Executive Director and visionary of the West Virginia Ministry of the Advocacy and Workcamps, Inc.  Receiving funding from PDA, she oversees projects and volunteers who assist in renovating homes damaged by disasters. Bonnie will lead the " WVMAW – Disaster Response Workshop". Kimberly Lavin is Executive Director of the prominent Lancaster Mediation Center. She will be bringing volunteer practicing mediators from the Center. Ms. Lavin will be conducting the accredited course, "Basic Mediation Training".
Curtis Jones is managing partner of CURESolution, a Georgia-based consulting company specializing in church and community development. The Rev. Dr. Jones is in great demand as a speaker and is currently serving as Consultant for Racial Ethnic Ministries with the Synod of the Trinity. Susan George is an elder and communications director at the Derry Presbyterian Church, Hershey, PA.  She is an avid knitter and coordinates the Shawl Ministry at Derry and is teaching us the basics of setting up our own "Prayer Shawl Ministry".
