Justin Wood, Youth Advisory Delegate from WV Presbytery, elected GA Co-Moderator of YADs

Elected recently at the 217th General Assembly Youth Caucus was Christy Fisher, recent graduate of Puget Sound University, and Justin Wood, YAD from the Presbytery of West Virginia. Christy is heading to seminary while Justin is a political science and business major at West Virginia University.
Among their duties was to lead daily YAD meetings, assign YADs to pray for the larger General Assembly, and to be leaders. Like all YADs the new moderators attend committee meetings and are dedicated to the future of the Presbyterian Church (USA).

Get to know Justin:
Justin is a member of Bream Memorial Presbyterian Church in Charleston. His father,
Rev. Bob Wood, is the installed pastor and his mother,
Rev. Lynn Wood, is the parish associate and Christian educator. Justin is a student at West Virginia University and is active in the campus ministry program. He has also been active in youth ministry in WV presbytery including serving as a counselor Bluestone Camp and Conference Center in prior years. He has also been crowned the champion liar twice at the Vandalia Festival held in Charleston each Memorial Day weekend.
