United Campus Ministry at
Millersville University, serving a school of 8,000 students
related to the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education
and located in Lancaster County, invites applications for
the position of interim campus minister. The interim campus
minister will have responsibility for developing and administering
program, nurturing leadership potential, providing pastoral
care, building bridges between university students, faculty,
administration and staff, and visioning future possibilities
for campus ministry in our setting.
Preferred qualifications
are as follows:

Active participation in one of our supporting denominations:
Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, Presbyterian (USA),
United Methodist, Church of the Brethren, United Church
of
Christ, or Episcopal
Ordination and intentional
interim training and/or experience
Campus ministry experience
preferred
Envisioned as a two-year
interim, the position is flexible, 9-12 months, with hours
to approximate a one-half time position. Interim campus
minister may apply for permanent position to commence in
2007.
