Join us for a special Winterfest featuring N. Graham Standish, author of Becoming a Blessed Church and pastor of Calvin Presbyterian Church in Zelienople, PA. Standish was last year's Synod Conference speaker. Learn ways to hear God's voice and to act on it in ways ranging from nominating to stewardship, leading meetings to decision-making. Lehigh Presbytery's Winterfest 2007 will offer an opportunity for all church members and leaders - elders, deacons, ministers, Christian education teachers and advisors, and staff members - to explore ways to discern God's purpose and the path God is calling your congregation to walk.
Winterfest will be held Saturday, February 3, 2007 from 8:45 am - 3 pm at the First Presbyterian Church, Allentown. The theme, "Becoming A Blessed Church: Forming a Church of Spiritual Purpose, Presence, and Power", will feature keynote speaker, Rev. Standish plus 6 different
break-out groups including Spiritually Grounded Meetings, Healing Prayer, and Warm Bodies or Bodies with Warmth?
