Join in worship, workshops, Bible study,
fun and fellowship at this year's PC(U.S.A.) Presbyteri an Women Synod Gathering from June 17-19, 2010 at Waynesburg University, 51 College Street, Waynesburg, PA. The theme - Celebrate the Ultimate Gift - is reflected in our scripture, Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift”, II Corinthians 9:15.
Special Mission Projects for 2009-2010 are Susquehanna Safe Harbor located in the Harrisburg & Susquehanna Valley region and the Navajo Reservation located in Arizona. For more info on these projects, please click here.
A variety of workshops including Women at the Crossroads - Reaching out to newly retired women; Lead, Follow or HELP ME! - Reinventing PW in your congregation or presbytery; Spiritual Practices and Spaces; Journeys Through Revelation; and the Gift of Education are only five of the 10 workshops planned.
